Healthcare Marketing Coordinator
The successful candidate for this position will be pro-active, outgoing, friendly, responsible and self-directed. The Healthcare Service Consultant will collaborate with our clients and our clients’ patients to promote the use of our clients’ Home Delivery Pharmacy Program. This is an entry level position.
This collaboration includes marketing and promoting the Home Delivery Pharmacy Program directly to qualified patients through telephone outreach and other direct marketing methods.

- Making outbound calls to our partnered health center and hospital patients
- Promoting and selling our clients’ home delivery pharmacy service to their qualified patients
- Enrolling patients in pharmacy programs
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to maximize outreach effectiveness
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and patients both in person and on the phone
- Conducting morning team meetings
- Building, managing, and mentoring a Marketing and Sales Team
- Utilizing a web based Customer Relationship Management program.
- Identifying, targeting, and building strong collaborative relationships with key customers

Staff Accountant
Equiscript is seeking a skilled, energetic staff accountant to support the Chief Operating Officer. As a contributor to this team, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
Key Responsibilities and Functions:
- Perform monthly close procedures for client financial statements including preparation of financial statements, comparative reports, and invoices; monthly account reconciliations; variance reports; and ad hoc information for independent auditors.
- Perform monthly close procedures for corporate financial statements and presentation to the Board of Directors.
- Maintain relationship with drug wholesaler personnel and reconcile invoiced drug purchases to contracted purchase prices.
- Gain familiarity with pharmacy claims process and assist with the development of pricing models.
- Maintain and process payroll files and administer 401(K) withholding and related disbursements.
- Prepare the annual financial budget and assess operating results including analysis of budget to actual results.
- Other accounting and finance duties as requested, including ad hoc reporting and analysis and evaluation of internal controls.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with a 3.5 GPA or higher
Job Requirements:
- At least 2-4 years of previous accounting, finance, and budgeting work experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with particular focus on Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Quickbooks Pro
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
- Understanding of GAAP
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in pharmacy or other healthcare accounting a plus (please mention in cover letter)
Business Analyst
Equiscript is seeking a skilled, energetic business analyst to support our Informatics department. As a contributor within this team, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
Key Responsibilities and Functions:
- Create and validate data for daily, monthly, and quarterly operations reports using tools such as Salesforce.com,
SQL, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel
- Develop and document standard reports for ongoing business processes
Management of routine exceptions reporting to ensure systems remain operational and data integrity is maintained
- Collaborate closely with team members in end-user needs assessment, process analysis, and identification of systems
requirements
- Assist in the development of process documentation, training materials, and end-user communications of systems and
processes
- Proactive identification of opportunities to improve client and customer satisfaction through systems
enhancement
- Maintain relationships with client data management teams to ensure frequent, reliable data updates
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration with a 3.5 GPA or higher
Job Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Microsoft Excel skills to include lookup formulas and pivot tables
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and schedule and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of business processes, business analysis, and process disciplines
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience with Salesforce.com, SQL Server 2008, Microsoft.NET, or Visual Basic for Applications a plus.
