Current Openings

Program Enrollment Representative (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Equiscript is seeking results-driven sales staff eager to use their skills in a way that helps local communities. The successful candidate for this position will be focused, outgoing, and self-directed. The Enrollment Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to patients of our client health centers and hospitals to enroll them in home delivery pharmacy services.

Professional Qualities

  • Strong desire for a professional sales career in the healthcare or pharmacy industry
  • Ability to meet and exceed enrollment goals
  • Strong communication skills with persons of all types, including the ability to genuinely display warmth and empathy
  • Positive thinker with great motivation and ability to persevere
  • Desire to find better and more efficient ways to identify target patients, process the enrollment, and ensure the patient receives his or her medications
  • Ability to learn complex information and adapt to changing inputs
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and processes
  • Effective organization skills including the ability to follow up on numerous small details in order to complete an enrollment
  • Strong PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, web based programs)
  • Touch-typing at least 35 wpm

Preferred Experience

We are hiring both entry-level and experienced persons, so all interested persons are encouraged to apply.

  • Sales experience is preferred, but strong customer service experience in retail, service and hospitality industries considered
  • Healthcare or pharmacy knowledge is preferred
  • Salesforce or other CRM technology a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus

Terms of Employment

  • At least one night per week and one Saturday per month required.  Also interested in persons who want to work only nights and Saturdays
  • 4 week paid training period
  • Salary with potential bonus/commission

Both Full and Part Time positions are currently available.

Claims Analyst

Equiscript is seeking an organized and detail-oriented claims analyst eager to use their skills in a way that helps local communities.  The claims analyst will be responsible for tracking pharmacy claims from authorization through actual ship and client reporting.  The successful candidate for this position will be tenacious about tracking individual claims, able to analyze groups of claims for common issues, and skilled at establishing processes to prevent future problems.

  • Effective organization skills (particularly using electronic methods) and the ability to follow up on numerous small details
  • Results-driven and focused on increasing financial performance
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with pharmacy partners
  • Ability to develop new methods of analysis and implement processes where none currently exist
  • Desire to find better and more efficient ways to track claims and ensure revenues are received
  • Ability to learn complex information and adapt to changing inputs
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and processes
  • Metrics-driven
  • Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, web based programs)
  • Touch-typing at least 35 wpm

Preferred Experience

Developer

The chosen candidate will work closely with team members to provide the best end-user experience for our internal Salesforce.com product. As part of the development team, you will be responsible for design, implementation, and maintenance of a variety of systems and subsystems that comprise our internal Salesforce.com product. This position plays an integral part of our overall development and will include development both within Salesforce.com and SQL Server 2012. Position is entry level, we are looking for energetic applicants with a passion to learn and heavy familiarization with Stack Overflow (we use it all the time). Work will include projects across the full stack, including all servers managed in AWS.

Duties:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions based on Salesforce.com and SQL Server 2012
  • Collaborate closely with team members in end-user needs assessment, process analysis, and identification of systems requirements
  • Management of routine exceptions reporting to ensure systems remain operational and data integrity is maintained
  • Assist in the development of process documentation, training materials, and end-user communications of systems and processes
  • Proactive identification of opportunities to improve client and customer satisfaction through systems enhancement
  • Maintain relationships with client data management teams to ensure frequent, reliable data updates

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration with a 3.5 GPA or higher

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience with Salesforce.com, SQL Server 2008, Microsoft.NET, or Visual Basic for Applications a plus.
