We heard your suggestions and ideas for improvements on how the Equiscript 340B Portal looks, works and made several enhancements to ensure we are being good partners for you and your organization.
When you login to 340B Central the fields will look a bit different, but it should be easier and more streamlined to use and communicate with your Equiscript team.
UPDATES:
When you login, you will need to click on "Search" to see your new enrollments.
- Date Enrolled - date patient said YES to home delivery
- Days Since Enrolled - this will help you see the aged requests first. Ideally, we would like to have prescriptions within 3 days of enrollment
- Location - The primary site the prescriber works at per the most recent provider list received
- Prescriber - the provider listed as the PCP per the data we received
- Patient - the patient enrolled
- Patient DOB - the patient's date of birth
- EQ Pharmacy - this is the pharmacy in your Equiscript network the prescriptions need to be sent to, you will notice we have highlighted the pharmacy
NOTE: When you enter a comment you MUST click “Save” to save the comment(s) entered.
NEW: Equiscript Comments - Equiscript will communicate back with you in this field. Right now, all previous comments (from you or us) are in this field. We will work to clean this up over the next week or so.
NEW: Medication List - this is a clickable link. When you click on the link you will see all of the medications the patient requested. You DO NOT need to do anything here, this is simply a list for your reference.
- Please send the active medications the patient is taking to the pharmacy listed
- You only need to enter comments on the main screen!
Total Open Requests - is simply a count of prescriptions the patient is requesting
*REMEMBER the Refill List is important to look at too! These are requests for patients currently on service with the Equiscript pharmacy listed that have a medication that is out of refills. Please simply send the medication to the pharmacy and drop down the “Refill Comment” box and select the appropriate response.
