Site Champions play a significant role in the success of Equiscript home delivery pharmacy programs across the country. They serve as the primary point of contact between the Equiscript team, providers, and patients. Site Champions are super-organized, super-involved superstars who carry out the tasks necessary to make a successful pharmacy program.

Marana Health Center (MHC Healthcare) is the oldest community health center in its area, getting its start in 1957 by serving migrant farm workers and others local to Marana. Today, MHC Healthcare serves over 50,000 patients at its sixteen locations.

Miguel Carrasco has served MHC Healthcare patients for the last six years and said his favorite part of his job is “making people smile and feel better.” For MHC Healthcare patients, Miguel said cost is the main barrier to accessing healthcare. He said Equiscript’s Home Delivery Pharmacy Program is “a great way to get medications fast and easy.”
